Uses
This series of resistance furnace is of periodic opertiontype,can be used for sintering of small steel members,metal and ceramic materials,high-temperature heating in determination of carbon and sulfur contents in steels for lab industrial and mining entyerprises,scientific researchinstitues,etc.
Characteristics
The box body is fabricated by welding using angle steels and cold-rolled sheets,the surface is coated by electrostatic painting.The hearth is formed by sintering using refractory materials.heat insulation materials refilled between the hearth and the enclosure.Silicon carbide rodes or silicon molybdenum bars are adopted as the heating elements.The auxiliary controllers are connected with the furnace as an independent part to adapt to installation and putting in the working place.
